I am interested in renting an apartment in The Hague, starting in September 2024, for at least 1 year. I am a 2nd year nanobiology student at TU Delft and I want to find a place to rent for the third year and for the master's, if possible. I am interested in a furnished apartment. I am a quiet person, I appreciate cleanliness and I will take care of the apartment I will live in and keep it in very good condition. I will be the only tenant of the apartment.
I can assure the landlord that I will pay the rent on time, I can pay a period in advance and a deposit. The rent payment will come from my parents, who can prove their monthly income (if needed).
